‘Vakeel Saab’ creating a buzz

Three duds in a row. But, his craze and charisma remain intact. He is still the most-liked hero in the tinseltown if the buzz being created by the trailer of his latest flick is any indication.
Pawan Kalyan, who endeared himself to the masses with his typical show on screen, makes his fans ‘Khushi’ as the trailer of his film ‘Vakeel Saab ‘ , a remake of Bollywood’s Pink, is trending with record likes on YouTube. The court scene in the trailer takes the audience by storm. In a rare record, the likes for the trailer crossed the million-mark just in 24 hours and the figure is going up like a zooming jet creating an unprecedented hype before the release of the film.
The three movies of the hero, who has huge fan following in the two Telugu-speaking States, bombed at the box office disappointing his fans. The three films — Sardar Gabbar Singh (2016), Katamarayudu (2017) and Agnathavasi (2018) — were released after the actor formed Jana Sena Party in March 2014.
Making a debut in 1996 with the film ‘Akkada ammayi ikkada abbayi’, Pawan Kalyan, brother of actor Chiranjeevi, carved a niche in the field in a short span and reached the top rung of stardom ladder. He has several blockbusters to his kitty like ‘Tholiprema’, ‘Badri’, ‘Khushi ‘, ‘Jalsa’, ‘Gabbar Singh’ and ‘Attarintintiki Daredi’.

Timely release

On a high after the overwhelming response to the trailer of ‘Vakeel Saab’, the fans of Pawan Kalyan are eagerly waiting for the release of the film which is all set hit the silver screen on April 9 ahead of the prestigious Tirupati by-election (April 17) in which his party Jana Sena is supporting its ally BJP.
Besides the movie buffs, leaders of political parties too await the release of the film as it is likely to strike a chord with women audience at a time when the campaign for the Tirupati bypoll would be on a high voltage.
