Amaravati, April 18:
Jana Sena Party president Pawan Kalyan in a press release said that he was recovering. He however cautioned all to be safe as corona was spreading rapidly.
In the press release he said “My health is improving at present. I am following the advice of doctors. I will come before you as early as possible. Since people knowing that I was affected by Corona, everyone expressed concern about my well-being and wishing for my complete health. Many prominent persons of political, cine, social and media representatives wished for my safety and forwarded messages. I am extending my heartfelt gratitude to all of them.
It came to my notice that Janasena Party leaders, Jana Sainiks and fans have performed special rituals, prayers in temples and holy shrines and yagas seeking I must be healthy. You have given me a place in your hearts. I couldn’t express my emotions with words like ‘thanks’ and ‘gratitude’. All of you are my family members. I will come before you as a completely healthy person and stand along with you for the people. • It’s responsibility of Govt to reduce deaths
The Corona second wave is causing concern and I am getting information from time to time. More than 7,000 cases in Andhra Pradesh and 4,000 cases in Telangana are registered as per the data given by the government officials. However, the health officials say that there are more cases than that of the figures. The state governments must act with the most preparedness to face the
It is unfortunate that there are no sufficient beds and emergency medicines necessary for treating the Corona affected people in the hospitals in Andhra Pradesh state. An alarming situation prevailed because prior estimation of the grim situation has lacked and these facilities have not been arranged. The situation has come now as the Corona patients are denied admission owing to a lack of beds in the hospitals. Similarly, it is learnt that there is a shortage of medicines required for patients. The government must respond immediately and take necessary measures. The Covid centres must be opened as an emergency and take steps to contain the spreading of the virus apart from increasing the number of medical tests. • Don’t forget to wear masks and use sanitisers
Whatever may be the government actions in preventing the spreading of Corona, people must follow self-restrictions as part of their responsibility. It is known to everyone; however, I am trying to remind you again. Along with wearing a mask, the hands must be washed from time to time either with soap or sanitiser. Everyone must make it a rule to wear a mask and maintain physical distance. They have to take multi-vitamins and medicines as suggested by doctors to increase immunity. It is necessary to make gurgling of the mouth with saltwater. We need to take at least two to three litres of water per day. They have to go for medical tests immediately even after having minor Covid symptoms. If tests reported positive, consult the doctor without becoming panic and use medicines as suggested by them. Consuming warm water and taking steaming must be done. Even they are taking treatment in the house, it is necessary to isolate themselves to prevent the spreading of Corona to the family members and others.
The doctors, nursing staff, other employees in the hospitals, sanitary workers, police, municipal and panchayat workers are discharging duties as frontline warriors. Print and electronic media persons are giving information from time to time creating awareness among the people. I appeal to all these people though there are in their professional duties, they must concentrate on their health and following precautions,” he said.
