Jena Sena to submit memoranda at employment offices

Amaravati, July 20

Janasena President Sri Pawan Kalyan expressed concern over the plight of 30 lakh Unemployed youth in Andhra Pradesh state. He said the 30-lakh youth played a vital role for YCP in getting a huge majority of 151 MLAs in the assembly elections.

The YCP’s said before the elections that it would generate 2.5 lakh jobs and two years after coming to power it announced only 10,000 jobs.

Supporting the unemployed youth, who were deeply disturbed over the job calendar issued by the Andhra Pradesh government, Janasena Party would submitting memoranda in the employment offices in all districts on Tuesday

Pawan Kalyan said “the unemployed youth have believed the assurance of 2.5 lakh jobs and 30 lakh young boys and girls are waiting for jobs with a lot of hope. The government promised to fill 6,000 posts every year keeping budget constraints in mind after identifying 74,000 jobs in the police department. They have shown only 460 posts in the job calendar now. What is the fate of young boys and girls who underwent training for police jobs?”

• No mention of teacher jobs?

“About 25,000 teacher posts have to be filled. Lakhs of people prepared for the jobs after they completed teacher training. There is no mention of teacher jobs. There are around 2,000 vacant posts in Group-I and Group-II. But they have mentioned only 34 posts in the job calendar. When there are 30 lakh eligible persons, only 34 jobs?

With a lot of hope, the youth went to Delhi, Hyderabad and Avanigadda and underwent coaching. What is their fate? The unemployed youth spoke to me when I visited Mangalagiri recently and expressed their grievances. They said they went to faraway places and worked hard with their studies. They expressed concern that though they had all eligibilities there are no jobs for them.
