Fire breaks out at HPCL

Visakhapatnam, May 25

Fire broke out at the HPCL in Visakhapatnam on Tuesday causing panic among the people living nearby.
Following information, fire brigade personnel rushed to the spot and extinguished the fire.
What caused the fire is not known immediately. However, there was no loss of life.
People in the surrounding areas were evacuated with the help of the police.
Details of loss of property are yet to be ascertained.

Seven missing as boats capsize near Sileru

Seven persons were missing when two country boats ferrying them to Malkangiri in Odisha capsized in the Sileru reservoir in Visakhapatnam district on Monday night.
According to reports, over 30 persons, all migrant workers and their family members, were on their way to their native places from Hyderabad due to no work in the wake of covid pandemic condition.
Meanwhile, it is learnt that four out of seven persons were traced and search is on for the remaining three.
